E-Software’s Coding Window allows for multiple General Ledger accounts or multiple properties to be entered for a given invoice. In essence you can now put your “Electronic Stamp” on each invoice as it is approved. Complete with audit trails and security checks, controllers and CFO’s can know exactly where every invoice is and what has been done.
